Shipping Policy

  • Shipping charges will be separate on per Kg basis. Total shipping will be calculated based on the weight and volume of the products

  • Shipping charges may be free for some products - at soul discretion of AMH

​

  • Delivery lead-time may defer product to product and location to location. Non-metro / upcountry locations may entail  additional lead-time as well as cost​​

 

  • Orders will be processed upon successful payment

​

Return / Cancellation Policy:

​

  • Once product(s) are shipped shipped, order cancellation is not allowed. In case of cancellation before shipping, refund will be processed within 7 working days through PayU Money payment gateway.

  • Items once shipped shall not be taken back.

Damage / Defect Return Policy:

​

  • In case of transit damage / defect claims, customer must share 360 degree video of unboxing as a proof of damage / defect. In absence of such video, any damage / defect claim shall not be entertained. For such damage returns, customers may return the damaged product at 502/39, Kinjal CHS, Sector-1, Shanti Nagar, Mira Road (E), Thane-401107, Maharashtra, India.   • Upon receipt of damaged product, refund will be processed within 7 working days through PayU Money payment gateway
